This module looks at what a healthy diet consists of, how to support service users to make the right food and drink choices and how to monitor their food and drink intake.
This course aims to provide the learner with an increased understanding of anaphylaxis, its potential causes and symptoms. On completion, the learner will also have an increased understanding of the appropriate treatment and actions to take should they suspect a patient may be suffering an anaphylactic reaction.
